New versions and AppStore

You've probably already noticed that we released Quokka 2.0 and Dragonfly 3.2.
While Dragonfly 3.2 is just a minor update, adding display of RGB values as percent, Quokka is a major leap.
Quokka 2 is a total overhaul with a great new user interface that even better fits on your Mac screen. Moreover Quokka 2 features

• full Drag and Drop support
• live previews of your clips
• lots of bugfixes
• new icon

And best of all: Quokka 2 is a FREE UPDATE for all registered customers of Quokka 1.x.

We, too, are working on getting our apps to the Apple AppStore which is not as easy as it may sound. So far none of our apps has been approved but we will tell you here when we know more.

Until then you might want to take a look at the competing Bodega AppStore (no registration needed) which has some benefits over Apple's. Especially users of PPC Macs and those who still use OS 10.5 will have to use Bodega or macupdate.com because Apple supports neither.

Bodega also features important apps like DVD rippers, iPod rippers, system tools and other things Apple does not want.

And of course you will find our products in Bodega, too. (Quokka, Papapapaya, Dragonfly available now, others will follow soon).
